Privacy Notice

Data we collect and why

• Account data — email address, password hash, display name. Used to create and secure your account (performance of our contract).
• Team and player data — handles, roles, countries, bios, rosters, matches, availability, notes, and linked FACEIT and Discord identifiers you choose to add. Used to provide the service (contract).
• Support and feedback — messages you send us. Used to answer you (legitimate interest).
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, error reports, and basic usage telemetry. Used for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legitimate interest).
• Notification data — push subscription endpoints and email preferences, where you opt in (consent).

We do not collect or store card details. Payment data is collected directly by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Who we share data with

• Hosting, database and email providers acting as our processors;
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of Pro, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing;
• FACEIT and Discord, where you connect those services, limited to what the integration needs;
• Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

Data may be processed outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep account and team data for as long as your account is active. After deletion we remove or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email team@teammanger.app and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority — in Denmark, Datatilsynet.

Security and cookies

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls in the database and least-privilege service credentials.

Team Manager uses only essential cookies and local storage — to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Checkout pages served by Paddle may set their own cookies needed to process your payment.
